We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail but can also accommodate requests for UPS or FedEx shipping. Delivery fees may apply. We prefer USPS for its excellent Flat-Rate Priority Mail options, which are ideal for shipping most of our small and medium-sized tumbaga art pieces. Additionally, USPS provides highly durable, heavy-duty boxes that ensure safe transit.
We take great pride in packaging our products with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely at your address. All items are securely packed in heavy-duty boxes with extra layers of protection, such as cushioning and bubble wrap, to prevent any potential shipping damage.
International Buyers: Please be aware that Customs may open your package for inspection. While we take every precaution in our original packaging, we cannot control how Customs handles or repacks the item. Although we provide all necessary documentation, we are not responsible for any mishandling by Customs agents during inspection.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 business days from the delivery date.
If an item is severely defective or damaged, we are unable to accept it for return.
